Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking a course with LPC Training. By registering for a course, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Cancellation by Participants
If you need to cancel your course registration, the following refund policy applies:

30+ days Cancellation 30 days or more before the start date | Refund:Full refund |
15-29 days Cancellation 15 to 29 days before the start date | Refund:50% refund |
< 15 days Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date | Refund:No refund |

Non-attendance and Partial Attendance
No refund will be issued under any circumstances for non-attendance, partial attendance, or where a participant withdraws from the course for any reason, including but not limited to illness, changes in personal or professional circumstances, visa issues, or participant dissatisfaction.
